How to get your high school athlete involved!

Read more below to learn how to get your athlete trained by some of the best coaches in the valley!

One on One training.

One on one training is for athletes who want to get the most customized training and attention for their goals. It’s best for highly driven athletes with big goals that want to be pushed to the next level. Serious high school and college/professional athletes typically fall into this category.

Coach Scott Jones has worked with athletes from most sports at every level so reach out and schedule a time to sit down to see if one on one training is a good fit for you or your athlete!

Group fitness.

Our stand alone fitness sessions are a good option for athletes that want to get extremely fit but may not need to one on one attention just yet. Great for overall strength, mobility, and endurance and typically around other positive people trying to get better every day!

Team training.

Training together with your teammates creates a better team chemistry, respect, and cohesion that you can only get while working really hard for your goals. Have a team or club you’d like to get in with us to train, let us know and we can set up a custom program with dates and times that work for you!

Small group training.

Similar to one on one training but a little less strain on the finances. Our small group training is for groups of athletes with similar goals and ability to train specifically for their sport or goal together. We limit small group from 2-6 athletes.
