60 yard dash
The standard speed test for baseball players.
Arm velocity
Find out how hard you can throw!
Bat Velocity
Bat speed is one of the best indicators of power!
Broad jump
Jumping and power go hand in hand. Find out where you are and train to get better!
Pop time
Catchers can learn what their throw down time is and work to get better for the season.
Accuracy
Throwing hard is great but throwing accurately is just as important!!
About our combine
Our baseball combine is a great opportunity to test your raw athletic and baseball skills.
Doing a yearly combine is an awesome way to see how you progress year over year with hard numbers. It’s a great way to learn where you need to put more time in the offseason as well.
This combine is being put on by the valley’s very own Armour Athletics and Out West Training.
Two organizations and facilities serving Fruita and GJ. Both owners played college baseball and coach locally! If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out! We will offer special discounts for teams as well!
Every athlete will be sent a post combine report with their numbers and ways to get better in each category. We use up to date tech for most of the testing and believe accuracy in testing is of the utmost importance. The combine is open for ages 8-18!

When: Sign in @ 8:30 am then testing is from 9-11am!
