– Hill-O-ween hill challenge
– Ruck hikes to prepare for hunting season


Hyrox Las Vegas baby!
Beginning in November select sessions will be geared towards training for the Las Vegas Hyrox fitness race in late February. You do not need to be signed up for the event to participate in the workouts. Most of our workouts already include elements of the event!

What is Hyrox?

HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.
HYROX is very accessable, With four different categories to choose from, HYROX is the sport for every body.
Whether you are looking to take on HYROX by yourself in the Open or Pro category, share the experience with a teammate in the Doubles Categories, or split HYROX four ways in our Team Relay category, there is a race for everyone.
