Youth strength and conditioning

Our 8 week training program for athletes of all levels from elementary school aged kids to D1 and professional athletes is focused on improving athletic skills and overall fitness for sports including basketball, baseball, softball, hockey, wrestling, football, soccer, and more!


In these weekly sessions we lead athletes through a variety of drills and exercises to enhance speed, agility, strength, power, biomechanics, endurance plus some fun and games!

The seasonality of sport, school, vacation, and other life variables is why we are offering our youth training in 8 week sessions. During these blocks the training is unlimited so the athletes can get in as much work as possible for their upcoming season or to stay on top of their game throughout the year!

We have upcoming 8 week sessions for fall youth training ages 9-14. If you are looking for training for your high school or college athlete, you can learn more here!
We also do custom times for private groups and teams so let us know what you need!

8 WEEK SESSION

$225

Jan 13th- March 7th


Tuesdays at 5:00pm OR 6:00pm
Thursdays at 5:00pm OR 6:00pm
Saturdays at 9:30am

Included are unlimited training sessions!
We recommend shooting for 2-3 sessions per week for the best results in training.
*We have an 8 athlete minimum, if we do not reach this we will offer a refund or credit


ANNOUNCING Winter Break LIFT!

This winter break Out West Training will be offering a strength training program for young athletes while they are out of school for the holidays. 

This class is for kids from age 11-15 to learn the basics of strength training and work hard in the process.  If they already have core competency they will be able to train right off the bat with unique programming.  It’s a great training for kids that are already playing sports as it won’t affect on court performance for athletes that are running a bunch for their respective sports.  

DATES
The class will be from 10-11am on these dates:
December 27, 29, 30 and 31st
January 2, 3, 5, 6th

COST:
Athletes can come to as many sessions as they want for one price $110 (this keeps cost to under $15 per session) 
*We will have minimums for the program to go live so be sure to sign up now.  If we hit more than 12 athletes we will open more times to keep class sizes small. 


EXTRA, EXTRA!
We are excited to announce that Gear Head Outfitters will be supporting this program.
They will be offering 2 full scholarships and 4 partial ($50 discount) for students to participate in the program. You can fill out the application here and we will notify the scholarship winners by Jan 3rd confirming the spot. All are welcome to apply!
GHO has a variety of top notch running footwear for cross country running. During our first few sessions we will discuss proper running footwear, types, fit, care and brands. GHO will also be offering program participants 15% of purchases to gear up for the season.
